At Rainbow Bridge Coffee, every order is more than a package — it’s a small act of love, a moment of comfort, and a tribute to the companions who left pawprints on our hearts. We want your experience to feel as warm and dependable as the cup waiting for you.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your coffee ships, how we handle issues, and why we never ask for returns on fresh-roasted products.


Shipping Information

Freshly Roasted & Shipped With Care

Each bag is roasted to order and sent directly from our U.S. roasting facility. Your coffee isn’t sitting on a shelf — it’s created just for you.

United States Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally; however, please note that international deliveries are not guaranteed. Customs delays, carrier issues, or lost packages outside the U.S. are beyond our control.

Processing Time

Orders are roasted and fulfilled as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within a few business days.

Bulk Orders

Wholesale or bulk orders are shipped Ex‑Warehouse, meaning shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


🔄 Returns, Replacements & Order Issues

Because our coffee is roasted fresh and is a perishable product, we do not accept physical returns. This protects quality, safety, and freshness for every customer.

But we always stand behind our coffee — and behind you.

❤️ If we made a mistake

If you received the wrong grind, label, or product, we’ll make it right. We’ll send a free replacement at no cost to you.

💛 If there was a mistake at checkout

If an incorrect address or product was entered during checkout, we can still help. A new order will need to be placed, and the customer is responsible for the cost.

💙 If the carrier caused the issue

For lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • You cover the shipping cost

  • We cover the coffee cost (up to $25)

🐾 No Returns Required — Ever

Please don’t send coffee back to us. Returned coffee must be discarded for safety reasons, and we never want to waste something crafted with care.
